If you are instructing us privately, we will provide you with written Terms of Business at the outset which clearly states our hourly charges which compare favourably with most other central belt Employment Firms. In addition, we can provide you with an estimate of our total costs at the outset of our instructions. All work we undertake for you will be time recorded and you will receive monthly invoices detailing the work we have carried out on your behalf together with the total time spent. This will enable you to carefully monitor the costs rather than receiving a bill at the end of your case.
LEGAL EXPENSES COVER
Most household/home contents insurance policies include legal expenses cover for employment related matters. We have considerable experience of acting for employees whose claims are funded by their insurance companies. You should check your household/home contents insurance to establish if it contains legal expenses cover. We can assist you in determining whether your policy has cover and if it does, help you make the necessary application for funding to your insurance company.
